Under the latest update to the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for the Ministry of Law as contained in Government Reg. No. 45 Year 2024, the following adjustments will be made:
Copyright: The official fees incurred for recording a new copyright in Indonesia have been reduced, with details as follows:
Trademarks: The official fees incurred for international registrations in Indonesia as well as for requesting substantive examination of an application for a geographical indication have been adjusted, with details as follows:
Patents: The adjustments affect a number of patent activities, with details as follows:

At this time, there are no adjustments being made to the official fees for industrial design matters nor to non-Madrid trademark matters.
