Mrs. Mogesmiranti is a Patent Attorney focusing on both Patent and Industrial Design matters. Prior to joining JJP, she worked in the Indonesian office of a multi-national IP firm for more than seven years. She has extensive experience working with clients from wide range of sectors, including but not limited pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, and technology, handling matters on their behalf ranging from conducting patentability searches to providing draft responses to Office Actions, as well as prosecution of patent and industrial design applications from the pre-filing stage through to grant. She is also familiar with IP enforcement, specifically in the patent and industrial design areas.

Mrs. Mogesmiranti obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Pelita Harapan-Lippo Karawaci in 2010, majoring in Business Law. She is licensed to practice law in Indonesia by the Association of Indonesian Advocates (PERADI).
