Ms. Kusumawardani assists with both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, such as trademark prosecution, oppositions, objections against preliminary rejections, rebuttals, and appeals, as well as domain name disputes.

Ms. Kusumawardani obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Padjadjaran University in 2020, focusing on Economy and Cyber Law. She also participated in the National Moot Court Competition on Private Law at Gadjah Mada University and was an active member of Moot Court Society, Christian Students’ Fellowship, and Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA).
