Richard is a Junior Associate at Januar Jahja and Partners. He handles both contentious and non-contentious issues, namely conducting preliminary searches, trademark prosecution, office actions, oppositions, licensing, and enforcement.

Driven by his fascination for the intersection of law, technology, and art, he finds intellectual property to be one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving areas of law in today’s world. He graduated from Tarumanagara University, specializing in Intellectual Property Law and is currently pursuing a Master program at Diponegoro University. In addition, he has authored several journal articles on intellectual property law and other areas of law.

In his free time, he enjoys exploring and discovering new facts about the worlds of technology and art.
