Mr. Mohamad Alen Aliansyah handles both contentious and non-contentious trademark matters.  Prior to joining JJP, he worked for another Indonesian IP Firm. He has been involved in numerous IP-related matters, such as trademark cancellation and infringement cases, warning letters, oppositions, objections against preliminary rejections, rebuttals, and appeals.

Mr. Aliansyah obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from UIN Jakarta and his Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Indonesia. He has passed the Indonesian bar exam (PERADI) and expects to be called to the bar soon.
