Ms. Juanitasari Winaga is an IP Consultant and Head of Operations at Januar Jahja and Partners (JJP). With over ten years of dedicated IP practice at JJP, Juanitasari brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her matters, which primarily focus on trademark and copyright prosecution as well as portfolio management and strategy, for both international and domestic clients. For years, she received accolades and recognition from various reputable medias and recently is recognized as a “Next Generation Partner” in the 2026 edition of the Legal 500.

Juanitasari also plays an active role in the Indonesian IP community, serving  as Second Deputy of Secretary General of AKHKI (Indonesian IP Consultants’ Association), as well as committee member for organizations such as AIPPI (Indonesian chapter), APAA (Indonesian group). She also served as Head of Committee for ASEAN IP Association Annual General Meeting 2024 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Prior to joining JJP, Juanitasari worked in the education and food and beverage sectors for over a decade, with a prominent Indonesian food manufacturing company. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Education and Law from Atma Jaya University and Universitas Bung Karno respectively, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Binus Business School. Notably, she is a registered IP consultant with the Government of Indonesia, licensed to practice before the Indonesian Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP).

When she is not reviewing legal briefs or advocating for her clients, Juanitasari can be found rearranging her Lego models, going to museums or the theatres. She is very enthusiastic on cleaning the waters in and around Indonesia and banning single use plastics.
