One of his key responsibilities involves reviewing the translated patent specifications to ensure the adherence to the formality requirements to the Indonesian Patent Office. Additionally, he handles the annuity payments for granted patents, ensuring that the necessary fees are timely and accurately processed. Furthermore, Hadi also prepares and reviews industrial design applications, which requires deep understanding of industrial design practices in Indonesia. His expertise extends to handling substantive examinations for industrial design applications, a crucial step in the process of registering industrial designs.

This role represents the culmination of a rich academic background and years of hands-on experience in the industry. Hadi holds a Master of Business Administration, earned in 2020 from the ITB School of Business and Management, with the cum laude distinction. Complementing this, Hadi also attained a Bachelor of Animal Science in 2013 from IPB University, providing him with a unique interdisciplinary perspective that enriches his approach to the dynamic field of Intellectual Property.

Over the course of his career, Hadi has left an indelible mark with significant contributions across a diverse array of cases. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in handling the industrial design filings for renowned entities such as Nestle and Japan Tobacco, showcasing his ability to navigate complex industrial design practices with finesse. Additionally, Hadi also handles a multitude of Graphical User Interface (GUI) designs, further solidifying his proficiency in the industrial design prosecution.

Prior to assuming his current role, Hadi gained extensive experience as a Trademark and Industrial Design Paralegal at Ludiyanto and Associates, where he was involved in matters managed by General Patent International and Drewmarks. This invaluable experience equipped him with a profound understanding of the intricacies of Indonesian IP practices. Moreover, his three-year tenure in a domestic integrated poultry company provided him with invaluable insights and further broadened his expertise.

These diverse experiences have honed Hadi’s proficiency in both life science and animal science, affording him a nuanced understanding of the technical intricacies involved in patent matters. His prowess in industrial design prosecution has proven to be a critical asset, consistently leading to favorable outcomes for his clients.
