Ms. Tasha Caroline is currently a Patent Paralegal in the Patent Team at JJP. A seasoned administrative professional, Tasha joined JJP in January 2018 and now has over 6 years of experience in the IP field.

Currently, Tasha leads the Filing/Formalities Section of the JJP Patent Team. In this capacity, Tasha manages and oversees all tasks related to the preparation and filing of new patent applications, including the submission of all requisite formal documents, specifications, and other supporting documents, as well as promptly reporting publication. She is also experienced in filing divisional applications, requesting substantive examination, attending to annuity payments, and handling recordals.

Tasha’s attention to detail and commitment to her work is apparent for all to see. She started her professional journey as a secretary, mastering the art of organizational skills and demonstrating an unwavering attention to detail. Subsequently, she transitioned into the public relations field, where she honed her communication abilities and cultivated her relationship management skills. Her journey culminated in her current role as a Patent Paralegal, where her versatile skill set proves invaluable. Tasha holds a Diploma in Business Administration, majoring in Secretarial Studies, at Politeknik LP3I Jakarta.
