Historically known as an IP litigation shop, Januar Jahja and Partners has made great strides in the recent past in its prosecution of trademark, patent, copyright, and industrial design applications. As part of its prosecution services, the firm has particular experience in overcoming initial rejections of and/or third party oppositions to trademark applications, as well as successful appeals of final rejections to the Trademark Appeal Commission.
