Mrs. Mitha Fuji Adiati is a patent specialist in the Patent Team at Januar Jahja and Partners. With a background in Chemical Engineering, Mrs. Mitha’s practice focuses on the substantive aspects of patent prosecution, including analyzing and preparing responses to office actions, appeals, and third party oppositions.

In this capacity, Mrs. Mitha has experience in the examination of patent specifications across a diverse area of technical domains, such as chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and biology, among others.
